At Prestige Car Mods, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be fully confident in your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please read our return and refund guidelines below.
🔁 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition you received it.

It must be in its original packaging (if applicable).

The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.
⚠️ We do not accept returns for items damaged due to improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

💬 How to Request a Return

Wait for our team to review your request. If approved, we’ll provide return instructions.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

We reserve the right to deduct shipping or restocking fees where applicable.
🔁 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong item. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Take clear photos of the item and packaging.

We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Then contact your credit card company or payment provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
